


Longship Cellars Wine Dinner April 27th
This event will be Sunday, April 27th at 5pm. 21+
Longship Cellars will be our April Specialty Dinner. They are a family-owned winery from the Tri-Cities, the center of Washington wine country. Established in 2013, they specialize in hand-crafted, barrel-aged red wines, mainly Tempranillo, Malbec, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and a splash of white wines. The name "Longship" is a nod to their family's Scandinavian heritage.
This dinner will focus on local beef, from our Purveyor, Curtiss Ickes of Ickes Beef Co. located in Kennewick. Katie, Curtiss and Drayson have a pasture to plate beef business. Their vision is; to provide premium responsibly raised beef and connect consumers to the rancher who raised it.
